April Bowlby was born in the US. She's an actress and a model. She's played Kandi on the CBS comedy Two and a Half Men, Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr in Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby was born in New York City. She is best known for her portrayals as Stacy Barrett and Kandi on Two and a Half Men as well as Drop Dead Diva, a legal comedy/fantasy drama/comedy series. She began her career in modelling before going on to films and TV shows. For CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, her first TV appearance was in an episode with a background character. Soon after, she was able to land the breakthrough part as Kandi on Two and a Half Men. Bowlby is famous throughout the world for the role she played as Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva. In the American Web Series Titans, she played a recurring character named Rita Farr/Elastigirl. She will be reprising her role in a spinoff of The Doom Patrol series. She got a role in a major television series (Kandi as a character in Two and a Half Men) in the months following her first Hollywood audition. Bowlby played a part as a guest on a number of TV series like CSI: NY which featured Jenny Lee and Freddie (as Sydney) in 2005. Also, she appeared in Meg as part of How I Met Your Mother. Recently, Bowlby was cast in the role as Natasha on All Roads Lead Home a film from 2007 about a twelve year old girl who lost her mother in an auto accident. Bowlby plays Mia on the comedic The Slammin Salmon. Los Angeles is her home. She has natural red hair with blue eyes. She was never married, and has no children.
